About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Localization Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of translations projects, from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects, while maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of translations projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Provide input on project pricing and resource allocation to ensure optimal cost structure.
  • Participate in business development efforts to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient project delivery and quality control.
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written.
  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in the localization industry.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Experience with Life Sciences clients preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing business.
  • Strong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools and understanding of MT.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation.
  • Ability to take initiative in resolving queries and issues.
  • Responsibility and accountability in client-facing situations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and flexible team player.
