Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Localization Project Manager to join our team in Jerez, Spain. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing localization projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage localization projects, coordinating with customers, freelancers, and internal resources to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
- Communicate proactively with customers across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze source files to identify potential risks and develop solutions to prevent issues.
- Calculate and analyze project setups to ensure adherence to quoted budgets.
- Review customer feedback and troubleshoot project-related issues.
- Organize training sessions and meetings for linguistic teams based on feedback received and propose suggestions for improvements and setup optimizations.
- Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills in English.
- Experience in localization project management.
- In-depth knowledge of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
- Excellent prioritization skills, good time-management, and multi-tasking.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented approach with a customer-focused mindset.
- Positive attitude and creative thinking to achieve business goals.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Good understanding of German (Level B2 or higher).
- Knowledge of industry trends and new developments.
- Experience with AI-driven language technologies.
- Experience with demanding and out-of-the-box customer wishes.
