Job Title: Localization Team Coordinator

Join Toppan Digital Language, a leading language solutions provider, as a Localization Team Coordinator. We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage the full lifecycle of translations projects for highly regulated industries.

About the Role

As a Localization Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for independently leading and effectively managing projects from inception to completion. You will determine resource requirements and optimal cost structures, proactively identify potential issues, and resolve and close identified gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of translations projects for highly regulated industries
  • Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structures
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues
  • Participate in business development efforts and client meetings
  • Maintain production processes and billing forecasting
  • Mentor and train junior colleagues
  • Support the Team Lead in daily management of the team
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a university degree in a relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience. Fluency in English and ideally one other language is preferred. 4+ years of project management experience is required.
