Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Localization Project Manager to join our team in Jerez, Spain. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing localization projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage localization projects, coordinating with customers, freelancers, and internal resources to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with customers across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze source files to identify potential risks and develop solutions to prevent issues.
  • Calculate and analyze project setups to ensure adherence to quoted budgets.
  • Review customer feedback and troubleshoot project-related issues.
  • Organize training sessions and meetings for linguistic teams based on feedback received and propose suggestions for improvements and setup optimizations.
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills in English.
  • Experience in localization project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, good time-management, and multi-tasking.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented approach with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Positive attitude and creative thinking to achieve business goals.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good understanding of German (Level B2 or higher).
  • Knowledge of industry trends and new developments.
  • Experience with AI-driven language technologies.
  • Experience with demanding and out-of-the-box customer wishes.
