We are seeking a highly skilled AI Support Specialist to join our team at Euraxess. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for AI applications and technologies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI and Linux systems, with experience in optimizing and adapting scientific application codes for new architectures and systems. You will work closely with our research team to improve the performance of existing AI environments, enhance serial efficiency and scalability, and modify code as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and adapt scientific application codes to new pre-exascale architectures and systems, focusing on AI applications and technologies.
- Improve the performance of existing AI environments, enhancing serial efficiency and scalability, modifying code as necessary, or assisting developers with required modifications.
- Choose and adapt algorithms and/or library routines to improve applications for specific computer architectures (accelerators, new programming models, etc.).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in AI and Linux systems.
- Experience in optimizing and adapting scientific application codes for new architectures and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
