About the Role
As a Cruise Expert at Carnival Corporation & plc, you will play a key role in converting leads into sales by building trusting relationships with customers. You will manage multichannel active interactions to meet productivity goals aligned with the company's objectives. As the first ambassador of Costa, you will promote our brand to create amazing holiday experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  2. Utilize exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support.
  3. Manage multiple customer interactions across various channels to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries and sales.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  1. Fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills in both spoken and written communication.
  2. Proficiency in English or Spanish is highly valued.
  3. Solid sales background and previous customer-facing experience, particularly in B2B or B2C.
  4. Prior experience in multi-channel customer support, strong communication skills, and achievement and goal-oriented mindset.
