We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our IT team at Cigna Corporation. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Salesforce system, providing exceptional support to our internal stakeholders, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Salesforce Service Cloud (Lightning) and troubleshoot issues using error codes, logging, and debugging techniques.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including problems with process builder, workflows, apex, objects, and Field-Level Security (FLS).
- Monitor platform health, data health, and integration points to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports using Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business leads to resolve technical issues and implement fixes, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and releases, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and efficiency.
