Job Summary

Hilton Meetings Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of all banquet functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning, organizing, and execution of all banquet functions, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, galas, etc.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist food and beverage service throughout banquet functions to ensure quality service and product quality.
  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome client representatives and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may occur during events.
  • Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Requirements
  • Administration and Organization: Strong administration and organization skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
