About the RoleWe're seeking a driven and focused sales professional with a proven track record of selling cutting-edge payment solutions in a high-growth and competitive environment. As a Sales Manager, you'll handle multiple sales cycles, ensuring a high conversion rate and outperforming sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with promising merchants and prospects to build a healthy pipeline across various verticals.
- Sell our new cross-border payment solutions and services to eCommerce merchants through cold calling, networking, and fairs.
- Collaborate with in-house talents across Technology and Business to position our capabilities, products, services, and solutions effectively with prospects.
- Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants and orchestrate the entire sales process.
- Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts.
- Partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the Payments industry.
- A solid network of potential prospects and partners.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for Technology.
- Solid business acumen and awareness of financial factors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and techniques.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with any additional language appreciated.
