About the Role

We're seeking a driven and focused sales professional with a proven track record of selling cutting-edge payment solutions in a high-growth and competitive environment. As a Sales Manager, you'll handle multiple sales cycles, ensuring a high conversion rate and outperforming sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with promising merchants and prospects to build a healthy pipeline across various verticals.
  • Sell our new cross-border payment solutions and services to eCommerce merchants through cold calling, networking, and fairs.
  • Collaborate with in-house talents across Technology and Business to position our capabilities, products, services, and solutions effectively with prospects.
  • Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective merchants and orchestrate the entire sales process.
  • Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts.
  • Partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the Payments industry.
  • A solid network of potential prospects and partners.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for Technology.
  • Solid business acumen and awareness of financial factors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and techniques.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with any additional language appreciated.
