Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Classic & Puzzle team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our games from pre-production through to market success.
Key Responsibilities:- Game Development Leadership: Lead the development and iteration of Game Design Documents, providing product expertise to the team.
- Project Management: Manage multiple games simultaneously, focusing on prioritization to meet business goals.
- Product Roadmap: Oversee the entire product roadmap, using data and trends to drive decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and tackle challenges.
- Player Experience: Deep dive into player personas and optimize the player journey.
- Game Quality: Elevate existing products by setting strategic objectives and improving game quality.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Product Management Background: A strong background in Product Management, particularly in mobile F2P games, with experience in creating engaging gameplay.
- Game Development Expertise: Experience in optimizing games for performance, engagement, and monetization, with a solid understanding of game development processes, especially in Unity.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
- Player-Centric Approach: Passionate about enhancing the player experience throughout the game lifecycle, with a love for classic game genres.
- Attention to Detail: Highly attentive to detail and capable of working autonomously, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
