About the Role

**Head of Options Risk Management**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our options risk management program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on credit and liquidity risk arising from FX option structures entered by our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk management tools for FX options
  • Monitor and report the company's foreign exchange exposure
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the company's FX options risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with credit risk, trading, sales, and quantitative teams to understand and mitigate risks
  • Conduct scenario analyses and stress testing on FX options portfolio
  • Develop risk models and systems for ongoing monitoring and management of risks
  • Provide risk management guidance to senior management and the board of directors
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial roles, preferably market-facing
  • Knowledge of and experience in options and structured products, FX markets preferred but not essential
  • Risk management background also preferred but not essential, we will also consider product developers
  • Understanding of corporate credit is a plus but not an absolute requirement
