Are you ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding career as a Marketing Data Analyst at Schneider Electric? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Sales & Marketing Insights & Analytics team in the Nordic Baltic Zone, based in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business decision-making processes by providing insightful analysis and financial evaluations. You will work closely with Marketeers, Channel Managers, Offer Managers, Business Developers, and other colleagues to establish business needs and develop new data collection and analysis processes.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret data and turn it into actionable insights to drive commercial performance forward
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish business needs and develop new data collection and analysis processes
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, including data cleaning and data preparation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve data analysis methods
Requirements
  • Several years of experience supporting multinational and multicultural work environments across Europe in using data science techniques to generate valuable insights and analytics
  • Dynamic individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to inspire and influence stakeholders
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or equivalent
  • Effective communicator capable of interaction with different stakeholders, including senior management
  • Fluent in English and preferably in one or more of the Nordic languages
