About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth Enablement team and help drive our business forward. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with other team members to identify business opportunities, detect potential problems, and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Growth Enablement team to develop and implement new acquisition channels, improve lead generation flows, and enhance Core Web Vitals.
- Design and implement efficient software solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and WordPress.
- Take ownership of challenges, from definition to shipping and follow-up, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain clean, readable, and well-documented code.
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify technical issues, trade-offs, and risks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise code and communicate effectively with the team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to measure the impact of decisions on the business.
- Passion for business and a strong understanding of the SaaS industry.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or DatoCMS.
