We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate project management activities within the Markets domain (Front Office experience is essential); coordinate, monitor, and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Advise senior management on proposed enhancements and strategic improvements.
- Lead projects involving various stakeholders, driving the development of business processes and requirements.
- Track critical milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to functional leaders regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Manage and contribute to the definition and scope of projects at the project level.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management; adept at managing resources, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, while addressing evolving requirements.
- Proficient in Project and Portfolio Management Tools (e.g., SharePoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project, Access, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
- Advanced understanding of Front Office systems.
- Experience in Capital Markets is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to create presentations, dashboards, reports, and other project communications for team and executive levels.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience with extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership capabilities.
- Ability to outline and develop work plans, resource requirements, and associated risks.
Language Proficiency
- Advanced oral proficiency in English.
- Native proficiency in Spanish.
