As a Senior Manager of Developer Engagement for European Markets, you will be responsible for expanding the base of credentialed and active Central-European developer customers, ensuring full engagement on all of LevelTen's products, and scaling internal and external processes to maximize success of developer-facing side of the LevelTen Marketplace across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key developer customer accounts and identify, qualify, and onboard new European developers and asset owners.
  • Demonstrate the value of LevelTen services to catalyze robust participation on Energy and Asset Marketplaces.
  • Drive Energy Seller initiated processes (Energy Auction) and spearhead new European business opportunities based on market research.
  • Promote developer success by presenting transaction opportunities, managing ongoing developer follow-up, and supporting European PPA and M&A transactions (RFPs and auctions).
  • Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, white papers, and attending conferences.
Requirements
  • A degree from an accredited college/university and relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry (5+ years of experience).
  • Experienced in European energy markets and PPAs, with energy development, advisory, and/or M&A experience.
  • Understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and ability to travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, with exceptional attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, and initiative and self-motivation to work independently with limited supervision.
  • A high level of integrity, computer skills including Microsoft Office, and professional fluency in English and German, with other European languages a plus.
