About the Role

As a key member of the Snaphunt team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out business plans and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize business performance.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of staff.
  • Establish and communicate internal guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Business Manager, Chief of Staff, or Office Manager role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and business-facing skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
