We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives within the Operations department in Iberia.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for executing the business strategy as the strategic partner and coach to management and by translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Champion the cycle of HR processes and programs from talent acquisition to employee onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding (including performance management and compensation & benefits) to support the growth and development of people in the respective units.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relationship, Business Administration or similar.
- Master's in HR or MBA.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience as HR Business partner managing talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development and employee engagement.
- Previous experience working in multinational environments.
- Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, collaborative and analytical.
