About the Role

Ferrer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Market Access Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Marketing and Market Access Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the global market access strategy for our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the global Market Access strategy for our products, working closely with the Corporate Pricing Manager and Global Brand teams.
  • Assess products' value proposition, development plans, and ensure study designs, variables, and outcomes meet market access requirements in different regions.
  • Generate evidence to demonstrate product added value in terms of Health Economics and Observational Studies, and develop relevant Market Access materials.
  • Prepare and update the Global Value Dossier and Value Messages to collect the value proposition.
  • Develop and execute solutions to support national/sub-national pricing and reimbursement strategy implementation by strategic contracting options for key markets.
  • Review, support, and approve local Pricing & Reimbursement submissions.
  • Collect and understand local needs and challenge local plans to ensure implementation of the global strategy in the local setting.
  • Feed the market access perspective and align the product strategy among functions.
  • Monitor and report Market Access dynamics across the globe, feeding into the strategy and adapting the value proposition.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of processes, tools, and governance structures.
Requirements
  • Life Sciences or Economics degree with specialization in Health Economics.
  • Minimum 5-year experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
  • Global role or knowledge of market access requirements in different geographies desirable.
  • High ability to drive and implement, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels internally and externally and be accountable for assigned budget allocation.
  • Strong analytic, organizational, leadership, and influence skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive can-do approach to arising challenges.
