The Senior Corporate Market Access Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the global market access framework and ensuring its effective execution at the local level. The primary objective is to secure optimal patient access across various markets worldwide. This entails evaluating and crafting the value proposition for the assigned products, which may include both those in development and those already on the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Pricing Manager to formulate and execute the global Market Access strategy for designated products.
- Evaluate the value proposition of products, ensuring alignment with market access criteria across different regions, and lead early consultations with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies when necessary.
- Generate compelling evidence to showcase the product's added value through Health Economics and Observational Studies, and develop essential Market Access materials to support local teams.
- Prepare and maintain the Global Value Dossier and Value Messages to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Work alongside the global pricing manager to devise and implement strategies for national and sub-national pricing and reimbursement.
- Review and endorse local Pricing & Reimbursement submissions.
- Gather insights on local needs and challenge local strategies to ensure adherence to the global approach.
- Contribute to strategic brand teams by integrating market access insights and aligning product strategies across functions.
- Monitor global Market Access trends and dynamics, adapting strategies and value propositions accordingly.
- Participate in the design and implementation of processes, tools, and governance structures within the broader market access team.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to foster collaboration and innovation across various departments.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Life Sciences or Economics with a focus on Health Economics.
- A minimum of five years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
- Experience in a global role or familiarity with market access requirements across various regions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven negotiation skills at all organizational levels and accountability for budget management.
