About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Market Access Consulting team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in project delivery, business development, and supporting the growth of our market access practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Execution
  • Support the execution of projects across various types, including pipeline assets and launch products.
  • Conduct baseline payer landscape and market assessments, as well as comprehensive payer landscape and target product profile assessments.
Project Planning and Execution
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of timely and well-managed projects.
  • Lead day-to-day client liaison and project delivery.
Client Liaison and Project Delivery
  • Lead project teams through analysis of project findings, including verifying and clarifying research outputs, driving storyboarding, and alignment with customer needs and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Develop and refine content knowledge through involvement in our Market Access Centre of Excellence and Thought Leadership programs.
Business Development
  • Active ownership of several key client accounts for business development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree at the master's level; PhD, MD or PharmD level preferred.
  • Pricing, reimbursement, and market access experience (3-4 years) either in consultancy or industry (corporate level).
  • Strong experience in pricing, reimbursement, and global market access, with a strong understanding of customer challenges.
  • Well-organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic to learn and motivated to take opportunities to develop.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
  • Interest and experience in business development.
