**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Expert to join our Genesys Global Security, Privacy & Compliance COE team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert security, privacy, and compliance services to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Support our sales account team in security, privacy, and compliance discussions, explaining security policies, controls, and processes for Genesys solutions.
- Join calls and meetings with prospects, customers, and partners to present and demo our security and compliance approach.
- Own product security, privacy, and compliance questions and consulting engagements for our prospects, customers, and partners.
- Contribute to security audits and assessments, collaborating with other global and regional teams for timely completion of these requests.
- Support our global Compliance teams for applicable external and customer audits.
- Plan, complete, and follow-up on quarterly security and privacy reviews with our regulated customers.
- Review applicable security and privacy regulations and advise internal teams on possible impacts and opportunities.
- Enable our Sales and Presales teams and our Partners, ensuring a solid foundation of security understanding.
- Assist global COE team by owning other global security, privacy, and compliance engagements as required.
- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security Specialty or similar recent professional experience.
- **Experience**: Professional proven security, privacy, or compliance experience for solutions within public cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- **Skills**: Strong background or current hands-on experience within DevSecOps, professional experience handling/supporting risk management/audits/attestations/compliances for cloud solutions, AI experience/knowledge within digital customer experience solutions.
- **Language**: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
