About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team at Advanced Accelerator Applications (Italy) - S... in Madrid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs for entry-level and experienced field force associates, focusing on sales techniques, presentations, project, and product applications information.
  • Commercial Upskilling of Field Roles: Design and implement local strategies to deploy global enterprise programs for field force associates at a country level.
  • Role Onboarding: Partner with the business to provide a smooth onboarding experience for new field force associates.
  • Change Management: Provide consultation and support for the acceleration of adoption of new ways of working or AI products in brands/teams.
  • Global Council Capability Meetings: Participate in global council meetings to discuss commercial development capability plans.
  • LMS and Training Budget Management: Manage learning management systems and training budgets.
  • External Trends and Learning Methodologies: Identify and implement external trends and learning methodologies to upgrade existing learning strategy plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Learning Role: Proven experience in a learning role, preferably in commercial training.
  • Passionate about New Learning Methodologies: Curiosity and passion for new learning methodologies.
  • Change Management: Experience in change management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Management of Dashboards and KPIs: Analytical capability and management of dashboards and KPIs.
  • Management of Learning Platforms (LMS): Experience in managing learning platforms (LMS).
