About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Site Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. as a Senior HR Site Lifecycle Partner. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization, driving business growth and excellence in HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all site lifecycle stages, including site launches, retrofits, refurbishments, and relocations, ensuring that standards for people impacting spaces are met.
  • Challenges and escalates any variance to agreed standards for people impacting spaces, anticipating and escalating/resolving people impacting risks for site lifecycle stages and influencing mitigation strategies.
  • Anticipates and escalates/resolves critical role hiring risks at launching, refurbishing, or retrofitting sites, ensuring internal guidelines are adhered to.
  • Accountable for the timely and accurate set-up of people systems, processes, and Day 1 Launch celebrations.
  • Responsible for the coordination/set-up of PXT capabilities programs for field PXT teams in overseen sites.
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of communications plans for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
  • Runs cross-business lines and cross-country projects focused on improving Associate Experience at all site lifecycle stages.
  • Facilitates project communication to stakeholders and leads project status meetings.
  • Builds cross-functional partnerships, working closely with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments to achieve objectives connected to all site lifecycle stages.
  • Responsible for the set-up of People Governance structure for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
  • Proven cross-functional and international project management experience, handling complex change initiatives.
  • Good understanding of relevant employment legislation that projects may impact.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of working time is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • In addition, generalist PXT (HR) exposure in a fast-paced, operational environment is desired.
  • Fluency in German.
