Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception, including supervising driveway and daily operations.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide general information to customers and guests in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Identify ways to increase the hotel's overall profitability within the section.
- Know how to explain the hotel's pricing policy and present sales pitches for various network products and hotel services.
- Systematically offer hotel services to guests upon arrival.
- Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
