We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Claire's. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

About YouWe are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. You should be able to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. You should also be able to operate a POS system and have a sound understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
