- Ensure high-quality Salesforce Suite with minimal bugs.
- Provide technical support to resolve configuration defects.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technology innovations and future releases.
- Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
