As a Resort Representative with Jet2Holidays, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing our customers' holiday experience. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the Resort Team Leader and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of local experiences and attractions, recommending them to customers to create memorable moments.
- Take ownership of customer queries and problems, using our in-house digital systems to log and resolve them effectively.
- Maximize branding opportunities within our hotels and resorts, promoting our brand and services to customers.
- Support the Airport Team on busy flight days, working in arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
- You will hold full right to work documents for the country where this role is based and be living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation.
- You will have a flexible approach to the operation, with working hours varying each month and including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and working weekends.
- You will be able to effectively handle a wide range of customer-facing situations, solve problems, and have a positive and friendly attitude.
- You will be confident in using digital tablets on a daily basis and have access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
