**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our Spanish team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will oversee projects from design to delivery, focusing on design and build projects for data centers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to implement designs effectively.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and apply relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to ensure effective communication.
  • Contribute to project documentation and reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**

  • A degree in Architecture with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect.
  • Advanced experience in Revit and BOQs elaboration, as well as knowledge of urbanism and permits.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with a good level of French being a plus.
