Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our Spanish team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from design to delivery, working on design and build projects for Datacenters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress
- Research and apply building codes and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute to project documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect
- Advanced experience in Revit and BOQs elaboration
- Knowledge of urbanism and permits
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a good level in French a plus
About You: As a Senior Architect, you will be a proactive and dynamic team player with a passion for design and build projects. You will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
