**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and analyze active campaigns to ensure publishers deliver the best return on investment
  • Develop and implement new campaigns and bonus structures to motivate publishers
  • Manage publisher relationships from A-Z, including budget and invoice management
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement business strategies

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1 year of publisher management experience within the affiliate marketing industry
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Based in or near Barcelona
  • Solid experience and understanding of mobile advertising, Everflow, and tracking technology
  • Hunter mentality and team player
  • Track record of success and a relevant book of business (VOD, nutra, sweeps)
