Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Statistical Programmer Lead to join our team at Worldwide Clinical Trials. As a key member of our statistical programming department, you will be responsible for leading the development of statistical programming plans, implementing statistical methodologies, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of statistical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of statistical programming plans and methodologies
  • Implement statistical programming plans and ensure accuracy and quality of statistical deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of statistical programming with other departments
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior statistical programmers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in statistical programming

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python
