Network Analyst Role at Blu Selection
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our Global Network Team, you will be responsible for providing support for global network and telephony services, deploying network/telephony solutions, and adhering to global processes and work practices.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Achieve and maintain optimal network performance in partnership with our service providers.
- Network Maintenance: Timely follow-up and closure of tickets assigned operations tasks.
- Collaboration: Work in close collaboration within the global netops team and cross-functional teams for timely fulfillment of requests and resolution of incidents/problems.
- Infrastructure Changes: Deliver network infrastructure changes for office projects on-time with up-to-date documentation inventory and all other related services including monitoring.
- Process Adherence: Follow the documented standard processes and work practices.
- Network Solutions: Deliver network solutions on-time with full documentation and smooth transition to BAU Ops support.
- Technical Expertise: As a member of assigned network functional virtual teams, strive to be an SME in that technology, maintain the functional services/products at optimal health, and maintain a knowledge base with up-to-date documented processes, known issues/fixes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Experience as a Network Analyst/Specialist.
- Routing and Switching: Experience in routing and switching.
- SD-WAN Support: Experience in support of SD-WAN.
- Internet Security: Experience in support of internet security.
- Network Governance: Hands-on experience on admin/support of network infrastructure services in the region or globally and providing governance over service providers.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting incidents and fulfilling standard requests.
- Change Management: Implementing pre-approved standard changes.
- Communication: Sending communications to stakeholders during major incidents using our standard communications template.
- Procurement: Procurement of hardware and services.
