About the Position: As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will join an international team. We are looking for a highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge, able to work externally with partners, vendors, and end customers to develop complex and bespoke technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Multi-Technology Solutions: Engage with end users and resellers to define appropriate solutions that meet customer needs.
  2. Project Management: Manage internal and external resources in delivering complex, multi-vendor technical solutions to end users.
  3. Support Sales Teams: Assist internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  4. Customer Relationships: Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.
  5. Sales and Technical Enablement: Deliver sales and technical enablement training internally to TD SYNNEX sales teams or externally to the reseller base.
  6. Customer Care: Respond to queries or customer care issues in a timely manner.
  7. Product Design: Deal with daily product/solution design requests from internal/external sales and resellers.
  8. Business Solution Centre: Utilize the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent level of English.
  3. Technical Skills: Certified in AWS and optionally other cloud platforms.
  4. Teamwork: Previous experience working with development and product management teams.
  5. Communication: Comfortable learning and creating content for workshops, main stage events, and in-depth enablement sessions.
