About the Role

AWS Emea Sarl (Spain Branch) - G84 is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. As a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect, you will have a direct impact in helping our Enterprise Support customers gain the most value from cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customers to ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
  • Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  • Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
  • Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud.
  • Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, etc.

About the Team

You will work with talented cloud technologists while expanding your knowledge of AWS products. You will also have the chance to receive mentorship and gain AWS certifications.

Requirements

  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Experience in technical engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree.
