At Leica Biosystems, we're committed to advancing cancer diagnostics and improving lives. As a Sales Specialist for Digital Pathology, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional Digital Pathology business strategies to capture market share
  • Build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to drive above-market growth
  • Partner with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement Digital Pathology solutions
  • Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share
  • Support the tender response team on technical application processes
  • Communicate the value of Leica Biosystems' solutions to customers and represent our competitive advantages
  • Apply DBS tools to maximize results and optimizations
Requirements:
  • University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment, including knowledge of LIS, HIS, PACS, and other hospital and laboratory IT systems
  • Previous experience in a biomedical and sales-oriented environment, with an understanding of regulated sectors and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within defined territory up to 60% of the time
