Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing the daily transactional operations of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic financial reports to support business decision-making, including commercial P&L, internal and external revenues, costs of revenues, and business-related SG&A.
  2. Management Reporting: Develop and maintain management reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance and operational effectiveness.
  3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's profitability, including organizational units, to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for the company's organizational units, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  5. Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team to explain deviations against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Provisions and Write-downs: Calculate and manage provisions and write-downs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  7. Investment Profitability: Calculate and analyze investment profitability to inform business decisions.
  8. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounting, Operational, and Medical Departments to ensure seamless financial planning and analysis.
  9. Project Participation: Participate in international and local projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  10. Process Standardization: Support the standardization of financial planning and analysis processes across the organization.
Requirements
  1. Education: Academic degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance).
  2. Accounting Certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP environment and BI tools, with experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
