Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in managing the daily transactional operations of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports to support business decision-making, including periodic financial reports for group purposes and management reports.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's profitability and organizational units, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  3. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the company's organizational units, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
  4. Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team to explain deviations against budget/forecast, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Calculate provisions and write-downs, as well as investment profitability, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  6. Work closely with the Accounting, Operational, and Medical Departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of financial and operational processes.
  7. Participate in international and local projects, driving process improvements and standardization across the organization.
  8. Support the transfer of processes to Global Business Services (GBS) and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.

Requirements:

  1. Academic degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance).
  2. CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding.
  4. Excellent social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality.
  5. Team Player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  6. Passion for continuous learning, ability to solidly comprehend and quickly familiarize with new and complex tasks.
  7. Good skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload.
  8. Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressure.
  9. Highly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient, and customer-oriented working style.
  10. Knowledge of SAP environment.
  11. Experience in BI tools is an asset.
  12. Understand and use modern communication software and systems.
  13. Understand basics of e-health, data security, and related topics.
  14. Up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization.
  15. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  16. Fluency in English language in the business environment.
  17. Fluency in Spanish language.
