About the Role:

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in managing the daily transactional operations of financial planning and analysis processes to deliver services that meet business needs, improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and lead the process of solving operational issues. The area of responsibility will cover financial planning and analysis for the Care Enablement business entity in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports for group purposes, including commercial P&L, internal and external revenues, costs of revenues, and business-related SG&A.
  2. Management Reporting: Prepare management reports to support business decision-making.
  3. Financial Analysis: Analyze the profitability of the company and its organizational units, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets and forecasts for the company's organizational units and control their implementation.
  5. Financial Insights: Assist the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in explaining deviations against budget/forecast.
  6. Provisions and Write-downs: Calculate provisions and write-downs as required.
  7. Investment Analysis: Calculate investment profitability and provide recommendations.
  8. Collaboration: Cooperate with the Accounting, Operational, and Medical Departments to ensure seamless financial planning and analysis.
  9. Project Participation: Participate in international and local projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  10. Process Standardization: Support the standardization of financial planning and analysis processes across the organization.
  11. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Academic degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance).
  2. Accounting Certification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.

  8. Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP environment, experience in BI tools is an asset, understanding of modern communication software and systems, and basics of e-health, data security, and related topics.
  9. Language Skills: Fluency in English language in the business environment and fluency in Spanish language.
