Join Our Team as a Digital Analyst

AIRE Ancient Baths is seeking a highly skilled Digital Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical dashboards, optimizing campaign measurements, and ensuring accurate channel attribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using various information sources (email marketing, paid media, social media, web)
  • Integrate and use analytical tools (Hotjar, Mouseflow) for funnel analysis and tracking
  • Propose applications and technologies to improve analysis processes
  • Implement and maintain data layers and tags via GTM or other tools
  • Configure A/B and multivariate tests (Crazy Egg or other tools) and control UTMs
  • Create alerts to monitor strategic KPIs and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of dashboards for optimizations
  • Ensure accurate measurement from primary traffic acquisition channels
  • Control UTMs
  • Define and standardize attribution across different channels
  • Assist in the creation of monthly and annual qualitative reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a digital field is required
  • Education: Academic background or professional experience in digital analytics and dashboard creation
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate/advanced knowledge in digital analytics and tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Crazy Egg, SEMrush, or similar
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in data integration tools and dashboard creation such as LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Supermetrics, or similar
  • Other Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey vision to various audiences
  • Organized, able to work according to briefings, with agility and under deadlines
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python and process automation tools like IFTTT are desirable
