We are seeking a skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team at AIRE Ancient Baths. As a Digital Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical dashboards, optimizing campaign measurements, and ensuring accurate channel attribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards using various information sources (email marketing, paid media, social media, web)
- Integrate and use analytical tools (Hotjar, Mouseflow) for funnel analysis and tracking
- Propose applications and technologies to improve analysis processes
- Implement and maintain data layers and tags via GTM or other tools
- Configure A/B and multivariate tests (Crazy Egg or other tools) and control UTMs
- Create alerts to monitor strategic KPIs and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of dashboards for optimizations
Channel Attribution:
- Ensure accurate measurement from primary traffic acquisition channels
- Control UTMs
- Define and standardize attribution across different channels
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a digital field is required
- Academic background or professional experience in digital analytics and dashboard creation
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge in digital analytics and tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Crazy Egg, SEMrush, or similar
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge in data integration tools and dashboard creation such as LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Supermetrics, or similar
Other Skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey vision to various audiences
- Organized, able to work according to briefings, with agility and under deadlines
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python and process automation tools like IFTTT are desirable
