- Work with various systems to resolve customer challenges effectively

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of data/technology
- A clean criminal record is a prerequisite
