Payroll Specialist

We're building a suite of products to help companies operate in a rapidly changing world. Our core product is growing fast, and we're now gearing up to launch additional products to serve a wider range of customer problems. As a Payroll Specialist, you'll support the building of our payroll product, delivering an exceptional employee and customer experience while driving service delivery excellence.
Your Role- Develop and execute a strategy for the Payroll product and systems function, including the function's vision, payroll systems design, target metrics, and tactical approach.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to design our payroll technology stack, including EOR, PEO, and Contractor solutions.
- Deliver scalable solutions for our customers, objectively evaluating competing priorities and aligning stakeholders on the most-optimal solution.
- Critically evaluate and test upcoming product launches, determining the actions required to optimize the operational impact and tactically coordinating those actions.
- Work with our FinTech Ops team to optimize payments processes and monetization.
- Maximize the impact of your learnings by proactively identifying opportunities to further help Payroll Products scale and sharing input on other projects.
- Natural curiosity and initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 5 years' European payroll experience, especially in Germany.
- In-depth awareness of the data points required to complete accurate payroll globally.
- Experience in automation.
