Job Specification

  • Actively participate in the review of financing agreements.
  • Participate in the closing of complex transactions.
  • Manage the administration and bookkeeping of transactions.
  • Set interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period.
  • Ensure client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed deadlines.
  • Calculate settlements and amounts to be paid by borrowers and lenders.
  • Manage loan administration for different jurisdictions.
  • Manage communications with borrowers and lenders.
