About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Loan Agency team as an Assistant Vice President. This is a key role that will play a critical part in the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist senior managers in closing deals and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  2. Manage the administration and bookkeeping of loan transactions, including setting interest periods and reference interest rates.
  3. Coordinate with clients to ensure effective management of their responsibilities and adherence to regulatory and statutory deadlines.
  4. Calculate settlements and amounts to be paid by borrowers and lenders in accordance with loan agreements.
  5. Manage loan administration for various jurisdictions, including the UK, NY, Japan, and other regions with Loan Agency needs.
  6. Coordinate communications with borrowers, lenders, and Loan Admin departments as required by financing agreements.
  7. Organize and participate in meetings and conference calls to manage day-to-day operations.
  8. Coordinate and manage communications and issues raised among borrowers, lenders, obligors, and advisers.
  9. Execute instructions for making payments of interest and principal from borrowers to lenders on each payment date.
  10. Provide training and support to other jurisdictions and collaborate with the IT team to develop in-house software.
  11. Manage and coordinate Syndicated Guarantees Facilities and Factoring Facilities.
