About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Walters People. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products and features, as well as managing the product roadmap and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents and product backlogs
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future product decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech startup
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Technical fluency and ability to discuss architectural concepts with technical teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to define winning business strategies
