About the Role
As a Product Manager - Payments at seQura, you will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of our payment platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and international expansion of our flexible payment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy for our payments platform, aligning it with our commercial objectives and market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, growth, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Market Analysis & Regulatory Requirements: Monitor the latest developments in the payments industry, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Inform the business about regulatory changes and ensure our payments platform remains compliant.
- Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch. Prioritize features, define requirements, and guide the development process to deliver high-quality, merchant and shopper-centric payment solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including merchants and partners. Gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Metrics and Performance: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of our payment products. Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
