Industrial Platform Manager

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Industrial Platform Manager to join our team in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid. As a key member of our R&D organization, you will be responsible for the successful execution of Power Electronics development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects with responsibility for satisfactory execution, ensuring timely decisions are made on outstanding issues and escalating them if necessary.
  • Execute projects within defined requirements, including budget, time, and functionality, ensuring business success and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure professional management of interested parties, including technical specialists, engineering disciplines, and regional engineering units.
  • Perform technical risk management and support the complete product life cycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Advanced level English (B2) and ability to travel internationally sporadically.
  • Driving license and previous experience in developing the functions described above.
