**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Human Resources - Timekeeping Assistant to manage and maintain accurate time and attendance records for all employees. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws related to timekeeping and attendance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update time and attendance records for all employees, including regular hours worked, overtime, vacation, sick leave, and other paid time off.
- Monitor time and attendance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Review and verify timecards, time-off requests, and timesheet submissions.
- Accurately input and maintain employee time and attendance data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or timekeeping software.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of timekeeping records and sensitive employee information.
- Generate reports and summaries related to time and attendance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to address timekeeping-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist employees and managers with questions and concerns related to timekeeping and attendance.
- Ensure the functionality and accuracy of timekeeping systems and software.
**Requirements**
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Operation Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of working experience in HR or timekeeping-related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in using time and attendance software and HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
