About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for functional areas of the Vonage Video API platform. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop product experiences that are easy to implement and drive platform value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver product features that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop product experiences that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics to evaluate product performance and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with data science and business development teams to identify trends, portfolio gaps, and new product opportunities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering client or cloud-based platform products and features.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, customers, and executives.
  • Technical background in APIs & SDKs using WebRTC, with experience in building real-time video or voice-based customer experiences.
  • Strong technical software development background, with the ability to prototype with product APIs.
  • Experience in identifying success metrics and analyzing data.
