The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficiency and user experience of our platform governance and strategy operations. This includes overseeing the strategic development and execution of underlying technologies and systems that allow solutions to be built on top of it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a transversal vision across our portfolio, ensuring a holistic solution approach.
- Responsible for the overall planning and construction of the platform, including core functionality, governance, system monitoring, and front, middle, and back-end product capacity building.
- Ensure that our technology platform is robust, scalable, and capable of supporting different traffic solutions.
- Provide a seamless experience for both internal developers and external customers.
- Manage a broad set of technologies and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more working experience as platform product manager.
- Experience in middle and backend definition, open platform, data workflow management in platforms, risk control, platform operation, and other related work experience.
- Strong experience in defining and implementing non-functional requirements.
- Experience in developing KPIs to monitor platform health.
